Facilitator Booster: Foster Inclusion and Courage

True learning only happens when we challenge ourselves to take on difficult conversations and reflection, which can be uncomfortable. As a facilitator, leading sessions on deeply personal, emotional, or sensitive topics requires unique skills to create a safe space for learning and disclosure. This session equips facilitators with the skills, resources, and tools they need to foster inclusive and courageous learning experiences in which all learners feel psychologically safe to express emotion and vulnerability, examine entrenched biases and behaviors, and engage fully in learning that will lead to behavior change. 

This session is especially important for facilitators who lead discussions on diversity, equity, and inclusion, but is useful for any facilitator preparing to lead a session on a challenging topic or intense leadership session.
