Sales Leader, DDI Europe

Verity Creedy

Verity joined DDI in 2004. After leading the UK Projects Team she completed a three-year assignment at DDI’s headquarters in Pittsburgh, United States. In 2011 Verity returned to the UK in a sales role and now Verity leads Europe’s sales team and also maintains a small portfolio of strategic multinational clients. Verity and her team consult with clients to design bespoke, impactful, and sustainable leadership solutions.

Current Responsibilities

Verity Creedy’s responsibilities include:

  • Leading the DDI Europe sales team.
  • Providing strategic consulting in the areas of succession management, selection and assessment, leadership development and performance management.
  • Designing and implementing consulting solutions to meet client needs and DDI’s quality standards.
  • Facilitating executive development programmes.
  • Presenting assessment data insights to the C-Suite of Clients.
  • Providing executive feedback and coaching.

  • Designing and implementing competency frameworks, high potential programmes, and talent management/succession planning systems.
  • Designing and facilitating customised leadership development programmes.
  • Leadership assessment data analysis and report writing.
  • Executive coaching.
Education and Credentials
  • Bachelors degree in English Literature and History.
  • Accredited Targeted Selection® interviewer, administrator and facilitator.
  • Accredited Trainer in DDI’s learning systems Business Impact Leadership® and Interaction Management®.
  • Accredited role-player, assessor, and executive feedback provider in DDI’s leadership simulations.
