A customer-centric growth strategy is only as solid as the talent leading it. And with many executives being redeployed through the acquisition of US-based Airgas, industrial gas company Air Liquide needed to re-stock their executive pipeline. Yet there were myriad perspectives of what "good leadership potential looks like and how to capitalize on it. By using Early Identifier assessment data, Air Liquide created a common metric of potential, increased objectivity in talent reviews and fashioned an experiential program to accelerate executive readiness. This session is a must-attend for individuals creating a transparent and all hands-on deck environment for preparing talent for senior leadership roles.
