Amid a significant transformation in their global business strategy, one of Panasonic North America’s key business divisions ($1.2B in annual revenue with approximately 6000 employees) knew it was crucial to address a foundational question: “How do we ensure that our best people are working on our most important things?” To do this, they needed to focus on the two halves of the question: “Who are our best people?” and “What are our most important strategic initiatives?” This session will focus on how they created a process to answer these questions, how it impacted business results, and how Panasonic is continuing to evolve the program today.
