Cindy Fisher

Director, Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness, Industrial Sector at Eaton

Cindy Fisher was appointed to the position of Director of Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness for Eaton's Industrial Sector in May 2016. In this role, Cindy is responsible for leading talent management and organizational development initiatives and strategies across the sector. 

Cindy joined Eaton in June 2000 as a member of the company's Human Resources Development Program. During her 17 years with the company, she has served in a number of Human Resources roles of increasing responsibility. Since 2010, however, she has focused her work on talent management and driving organizational effectiveness across the enterprise. 

Throughout her career, Cindy has coached and advised leaders on everything from developing their personal leadership style and inspiring their team, to growing their careers. She relishes the opportunities her role offers her to connect with employees across the organization in meaningful ways. She has a passion for helping colleagues discover what makes them tick, while navigating the inherent challenges of working in a large organization.

She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Miami University in Ohio and a master's degree in organizational development from Case Western Reserve University in Ohio.
