Our Strengths & Accomplishments

  • DDI designed a talent management system for one of the country’s largest conglomerates. Core elements included the system design and policy, profiling the requirements for success at the most senior levels of leadership, identification of high potentials, and executive assessment and development.
     
  • Hundreds of leaders have been assessed in our state-of-the-art Leadership Acceleration Center to provide accurate insights into their capabilities and readiness against immediate and future business demands. Almost all of them were identified as future leaders in their organizations, being developed and groomed for more senior roles and bigger responsibilities.
     
  • Organizations in Thailand have utilized DDI’s award-winning leadership programs and services to successfully build exceptional leaders and engaged workforces across all levels in the organization. DDI offers a comprehensive approach to workforce and leadership development, with a competency-based curriculum of more than 70 programs, and consulting expertise aimed at ensuring a flawless rollout tied to concrete measures of success. Many are translated into Thai for local audiences. 
Survey results clearly show that the Leadership Development Program had considerable impact on participating executive vice presidents within PTT Group.   Behavior improvements after the training were significant and impressive. Overall, participants reported an increase of 35 percent and observers a 28 percent increase in the number of participants exhibiting critical and effective leadership behaviors following the program.

  • Through our Center for Applied Behavioral Research, we conduct research on current business and HR topics, as part of our commitment to help enhance the knowledge and business acumen of HR professionals in Thailand. 
  • In 2004, DDI started a partnership with CNBC Asia Pacific based in Singapore for the prestigious Asia Business Leaders Awards (ABLA). The annual Awards celebrate and recognize vision, excellence and the spirit of achievement of Asian business leaders. As CNBC’s Research Partner, DDI conducts in-depth, face-to-face interviews with shortlisted CEOs to assess their leadership qualities based on criteria such as strategy formulation and execution, talent management, innovation, culture, and social contribution.
