According to research from The Global Leadership Forecast by DDI and The Conference Board, high-performing organizations have twice as many women leaders compared to the bottom 20 percent.
We are passionate towards the cause of advancing women in leadership for our client organizations, and with more than 1,000 employees in 26 countries, we’re proud that women notably comprise 53 percent of our leadership bench.
DDI offers three Women in Leadership program options ranging from awareness of the opportunities for women to focused development for high potentials.
This one-hour interactive presentation can be used for a lunch-and-learn or a slot in a women’s initiative program in your organization. Designed to build excitement and raise awareness of the issues surrounding women and leadership, this keynote presentation focuses on how women can ignite their impact in four critical ways: Declare Yourself, Radiate Confidence, Fail Forward, and Super-Power Your Network.
