Lead Like A GirlThis one-hour interactive presentation can be used for a lunch-and-learn or a slot in a women’s initiative program in your organization. Designed to build excitement and raise awareness of the issues surrounding women and leadership, this keynote presentation focuses on how women can ignite their impact in four critical ways: Declare Yourself, Radiate Confidence, Fail Forward, and Super-Power Your Network. A multi-session approach

Multi SessionThe multi-session approach allows you to mix and match to meet the needs of your audience or to supplement current women’s initiatives underway. These two-hour, face-to-face sessions address issues confronting women at all organizational levels in formal or informal leadership roles. The sessions are designed for both women and men who are supporters of gender diversity initiatives, leaders of women employees, and parents of the next generation of women leaders. Sessions include:

High potential program for women

High potential program for womenThis customized, multi-day program is for high-potential, mid-level women leaders who are currently in an operational role and considering a strategic leadership role. It can be run concurrently in a single week, or a spaced approach over a period of months. Decide on the best time frame based on your organization’s appetite, budget, and plans. This program is ideal for an audience size of twenty leaders for ample discussion, networking, and learning from others. DDI will work with you to co-create a custom program that can include:

  • A kick-off with your executive stakeholders.
  • An orientation for managers to support and reinforce development.
  • A high-fidelity pre-assessment with feedback from an executive coach.
  • Opportunities for experiential learning, presentations, and reflections.
  • Activities and tools before and after core learning days.
  • Monthly check-ins and ongoing coaching.
  • Built-in measurement to evaluate impact on leaders, teams, and the business.
