Facilitation Skills Workshop

• Facilitation Skills:  3-day workshop that enables particpants to deliver DDI leadership development programs: Interaction Management^®: Exceptional Leaders . . . Extraordinary Results^®, Expectional Performers^®. These programs enable participants to confidently facilitate and develop their workforce and leaders to develop essential skills for today's highly competitive environment. The knowledge and skills acquired through this workshop will ensure organisations maximise every learning and development investment.
   
   

Targeted Selection Workshops

• Targeted Selection^®: 1,2,3 or 4 day workshop option that equips interviewers and trainers to use DDI’s Targeted Selection Recruitment System 
• Targeted Selection^® Interviewer:  1-day workshop that provides participants with the skills, knowledge and confidence to conduct behavioural interviews. Uses role-specific participant materials and video activities to follow one interviewer and one candidate through the entire Targeted Selection^® process. Participants will learn and apply the concepts as they move from reviewing candidate materials through making a hiring decision. 
• Targeted Selection^®: Trainer:  3-day certification workshop is designed to transfer knowledge and skills to enable in-house training of Targeted Selection^® (TS) interviewers. Participants have the opportunity to experience the 1-day TS: Interviewer workshop, present portions of the TS: Interviewer workshop, receive feedback, and to gain a working knowledge of the materials and resources available to TS trainers for the TS: Interviewer workshops.
• Targeted Selection® Program Manager: This 1-day certification workshop provides participants with an understanding of what is needed for a successful Targeted Selection® (TS) implementation. TS: Program Managers receive tools and learn best practices for building a successful implementation plan, performing a type of job analysis, designing the interviewing system and training solution, creating interview guides, evaluating the implementation, and ensuring sustainability. Prerequisite: completion of TS: Interviewer

Success Profiles: Card Sort Analyst Workshops

• Success Profiles: Card Sort: This two-day workshop equips participants to create Success Profiles using DDI’s Success Profiles: Card Sort tools and methodologies. Participants gain an understanding of the components of a holistic Success Profile, how to create Success Profiles by facilitating Focus Group Discussions, and how to confirm Success Profiles by administering Confirmation Questionnaires and/or focus group techniques.
