Neil Suchman manages the DDI Brazil operations. With nearly 20 years of experience in human performance, he has implemented human resource management and organizational change initiatives for many companies in Latin America. He also has spoken at several industry conferences in Mexico, Central America, and Brazil.
Neil’s biculturalism and proficiency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese enable him to understand and interact with multinational clients that have operations in Latin America.
Neil’s responsibilities include:
Promoting, selling, and delivering organizational change, assessment and selection, training and development, and succession management programs and services throughout Brazil.
Managing multinational client accounts with operations in Brazil.
Managing the growth and profitability of DDI’s Brazilian operations.
