Leadership Mirror®
Leadership Mirror® is a multisource, multilingual 360° feedback system. Web-based and flexible, it allows you to implement standard or customized surveys based on organizational needs. By providing a deeper understanding of strengths and growth areas, Leadership Mirror® provides the unique insights needed to create the right development goals and measure the progress of achieving those goals.
Leadership Mirror® includes:
- Choice of two survey styles: Traditional Feedback or Targeted Feedback®.
- Eight standard surveys, including Individual Performer: Aspiring Leader, Fundamentals of Leadership, Operational Executive, and Strategic Executive. Or customize a survey using DDI’s complete competency library or your organization's competencies.
- Five rating scales to choose from – Current Proficiency, Required Proficiency, Current Proficiency and Required Proficiency, Current Proficiency and Past Proficiency, and Frequency.
- Rating scales from three to ten points, with standard or custom labels.
- Easy-to-interpret reports that display strengths and development needs of individuals and groups.
Leadership Mirror® is available in seven standard languages - English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese, with the option to add up to 39 additional languages. |
