Partial Client List

Our clientele comes from broad range of industries such as financial services, consumer goods, manufacturing, telecommunication and technology, petrochemicals and transportation, and others.

Our Strengths & Accomplishments

Over the years we have had the opportunity to lend our expertise to help organizations build leadership capacity and capability. Some projects we have undertaken include:

Auditing and improving the succession management system for a pharmaceutical company. The project audited the client’s existing succession management system in 12 Asia Pacific countries, reported on strength, and recommended improvements.

Implement a selection system to assist an energy company to start up its operation in China. Client would recruit 125 employees in the first year and up to 262 in five years. The project defined competencies and motivation facets for all jobs, developed selection tools, and trained interviewers with the skills to use the tools and built-in mechanism to sustain the selection best practices.

Design a development program to prepare a group of high potentials to be strategic leaders for a multinational company’s Asia Pacific operations.
