Amogh leads a sales team that works with clients in many different industries across India. He represents the needs of our clients within DDI as well as speaking for DDI to our clients. With more than 10 years of experience Amogh Deshmukh worked across sectors like IT, ITES, Human Resource Consulting.
He has consulted extensively with clients like Aditya Birla, Ambuja Cements, Bharti Airtel, Cadbury, DuPont, Ericsson, Genpact, HSBC, Larsen & Toubro, Mahindra Automotive, Microsoft and Reliance. He has experience in designing innovative HR solutions for clients that help them link business priorities to human resource hence driving performance. He has helped numerous clients implement DDI solutions to address organizational development needs, such as competency modeling, work teams, employee involvement, leadership assessment, selection, and development.
Before joining DDI, Amogh worked as a Sales Manager – National Sales with Kelly Services.
In the last few years Amogh has gained experience in diverse industries like automotive, BFSI, FMCG, IT/ITES, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, retail, and telecom.
Current Responsibilities
Amogh’s responsibilities include:
- Consulting client organizations in the space of talent selection for their green field operations or expansion plans and help them craft & setup the selection strategy for their organization.
- Leading sales and service teams to support DDI clients, and ensuring service delivery with high client satisfaction.
- Helping clients in implementation of talent development initiative for Hi-Potential leaders or for succession planning.
- Identifying the talent needs and help craft development curriculum based on behavioural modelling.
- Helping client organizations in sustainability/realization planning for any talent initiative undertaken.
- Partnering with consulting resources to ensure customer satisfaction on all project deliverables.
Education and Credentials
- Masters in Marketing Management (MMM) from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), Mumbai University
- Certified in DDI Facilitation Skills Workshop (FSW), Targeted Selection Administrator (TSA)
- Six Sigma – Green Belt Trained
Key Capabilities and Experience
Amogh has extensive experience managing large, comprehensive leadership training roll-outs and large talent assessment projects and has been a part of several implementation planning sessions with clients. Amogh and his delivery team have been awarded - Sales & Service Excellence Award for client engagements and deliveries. Amogh has also been recognized individually with the coveted Very Impressive Performer (VIP) award for two consecutive years FY09-10 & FY10-11.
