DDI and EY Announce Partnership to Expand Leadership Development Services in 48 African Countries

EY will deliver DDI’s renowned leadership assessment and development programs as part of EY’s broader business consulting services in Sub-Saharan Africa

PITTSBURGH – DDI and EY have announced a new partnership that allows EY to become the exclusive provider of DDI’s leadership assessment and development products throughout 48 countries in Africa.

The partnership, which went into effect March 1, enables EY to expand its robust People Advisory Services in Sub-Saharan Africa by integrating DDI’s deep knowledge, research and experience in leadership into its practice. Part of EY and DDI’s broader strategic global alliance, the new partnership supports both organizations’ goals to build better workplaces worldwide and prepare leaders for tomorrow’s business challenges.
