One of DDI-India’s key accomplishments, in this period, is the setting up of a state-of-the art Assessment Centre for General Motors India in Pune.

This assessment centre showcases DDI’s formidable strengths in designing advanced Selection Assessment Centers based on GM’s global competency frameworks. All candidates desirous of working with GM would pass through this objective, fair and calibrated selection system which would give each candidate a chance to demonstrate their strengths and capabilities.
