Featuring Al Cornish, system vice president and CLO, on developing leaders in a changing industry.
Cornish built the leadership development component of Norton University on DDI's Interaction Management® curriculum. Employees and their leaders both rate the quality of these courses at a 4.7 on a five-point scale. "We know that these programs are effective, and they present us in the best possible light," says Cornish. "It's the real-world aspect of the material and the examples that are used that are very, very powerful in health care."
