Rhea Gaddi

As Managing Director for DDI Philippines, Rhea is responsible for the creation and execution of DDI Philippines’ business strategy, financial performance, people engagement and management of country operations. Rhea works closely with clients in diagnosing, developing and implementing business-centric solutions to address leadership and talent management challenges. She has a combined experience of more than 20 years in the fields of human resources, market research and leadership assessment and development, partnering with clients and leading teams to deliver consulting engagements for organizations from various industries such as government, healthcare, FMCGs, pharmaceuticals, business process outsourced services, energy and utilities, and banking and finance. Rhea’s areas of expertise focus on leadership development program design, development coaching and performance management consulting.

Career Highlights

  • Prior to her role as Managing Director, Rhea was the Director for Consulting Services for 8 years where she led and developed consultants to deliver Talent Diagnostics, Accelerated Development, Succession Management and other consulting engagements to DDI clients. In this capacity, she also managed DDI’s consulting resources in Vietnam and Cambodia.
  • Some key client projects that Rhea designed, managed and supported include a 5-year Succession Management initiative for a large utilities company, an organization-wide Career Development Program for a telecommunications client and a leadership development program for the regional operations of a large multinational food company.
  • Rhea has been with DDI for more than 14 years where she started as a Project Assessor and then moved to a Business Development Consultant role on a full-time capacity where she managed key client accounts and projects such as leadership development, executive assessment, organizational assessment and employee engagement.
  • Rhea’s career started in Personnel Recruitment and Management for a large television network, followed by more than 5 years of market research experience as an analyst and Research Manager for a global market research firm.
