For more than 15 years, Deborah has been pushing the boundaries of leadership and development education using the science of psychology, deliberate learning experience designs, and AR/VR technologies. As a certified coach, she helps both emerging and C-suite leaders to be the best versions of themselves by integrating mindset, awareness, exploration, and measurable growth techniques into her clients’ educational practices.
From top-tier Canadian telecoms to Silicon Valley tech start-ups, she brings in-depth expertise in technology-driven companies to implement human resource management and development systems across North America. She is a trusted advisor to several DDI clients to design business-impacting learning journeys and collaborate with active learners to improve virtual team performance, managerial coaching, communication, change execution, diversity and inclusion mindset, succession plans, and more.
