DDI Wins Gold in Two Categories of 2021 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Awards

DDI, a leader in innovative leadership development and assessment solutions, won a coveted Brandon Hall Group Gold award for excellence in the “Best Advance in Diversity and Inclusion Innovation” category, and another Gold award for excellence in “Best Advance in Unique Learning Technology."

DDI's Inclusion: Build Empathy experience won Gold in the category "Future of Work: Best Advance in Diversity and Inclusion Innovation." In the experience powered by virtual reality, leaders feel the frustration of exclusion and see how it limits their ability to be successful in their role. Following the experience, a facilitator guides the group through a discussion, where everyone can share honest insights and generate a commitment to inclusive actions.
Additionally, My Pathway: Leadership Core (formerly named DDI Lead) won Gold in the category "Learning and Development: Best Advance in Unique Learning Technology." As part of DDI's leadership development subscription, a leaders’ learning journey can start with this self-paced and personalized digital experience designed to build core leadership skills. After a self-assessment of their styles, strengths, and gaps, leaders get content recommended just for them to learn and practice the most essential skills. - Value proposition: What problem does the product solve and/or what need does this product address?
- Measurable results: What are the benefits customers can expect to experience as a result of using this product?
