DDI Partners with Profiling Online to Create World-Class Multi-Rater Leadership Feedback Platform

Partnership to leverage DDI’s competency and development content with Profiling Online’s technology platform for an intuitive end-to-end source of 360° feedback and development.
SYDNEY – A new partnership between global leadership consulting firm DDI and Profiling Online, an assessment software and survey administration company, is making it much easier for companies to collect feedback for their leaders.

The partnership will combine DDI’s expertise in 360-degree surveys – also called multi-rater feedback systems – with Profiling Online’s user-friendly platform. The result will be an integrated, nimble, and easy-to-use platform that enables companies to quickly and easily gather accurate feedback from leaders’ peers, direct reports, and managers. This multi-perspective data enables the organisation to measure strengths and development areas among their leaders and create personalised development plans for each leader.
