General Manager, DDI Australia

Sophia is responsible for managing the operations in Melbourne, consulting with clients to determine appropriate leadership strategies, and managing the design, implementation and execution of development and assessment programs. Since starting with DDI in 2005, she has held a range of consulting and account management roles. Sophia has worked with a broad range of local and global organisations, including extensive experience across the healthcare, education and logistics industries.

Her area of experience and expertise includes large scale leadership development, assessment and development centre design and competency framework and success profile design and development.
