Bruce Watt, Ph.D.

As Vice President, DDI Europe, India and Australia, Bruce Watt is accountable for the creation and execution of the region's business strategy. Bruce works with DDI Leadership teams in each of these operating regions to ensure the sustained growth of the DDI business, highly engaged and capable teams, a culture consistent with DDI values and loyal clients. Bruce also supports the leadership of DDI’s global centre for excellence which focuses on ensuring DDI’s multi-national clients experience the very best service from DDI.

An expert on a broad range of leadership practices, Bruce provides business relevant counsel and consulting to a diverse range of both multinational and regional organisations identifying needs and proposing solutions primarily in the areas of leadership development and succession management. He is an experienced coach of C-suite business leaders and his counsel is often sought from Boards on business-critical senior leadership decisions.
