Pacharin has an extensive experience in the area of leadership assessment and development for 15 years. 

Having been certified a wide range of assessment tools and techniques including work simulations, ability tests, psychometric tests, and other competency-based assessments, she has led various size and levels of projects to cover the assessment process from the design to implementation for selection and development of talents, successors and leaders.

She also has a key role at DDI Thailand as a learning master trainer and has facilitated leadership development workshops for mid to senior-level leaders.
