Tacy is an energetic and thought-provoking presenter at industry conferences and events including: the ATD International Conferences in 2014 and 2012; Conference Board events; SIOP; and the Annual International Congress on Assessment Center Methods. Tacy co-authored chapters in the ATD Leadership Handbook in 2014 and 2012 titled, “Managing from the Middle” and “Leadership Development Strategy.” Her new book, Your First Leadership Job, with co-author, Rich Wellins is now available. Tacy also received the national ASTD Dissertation Award in 2006.
