Christine "Lei" Go serves as the Head of Consulting for DDI Philippines. She has more than 17 years of experience as trusted advisor and business partner to various leadership teams, focusing on organizational development and performance management to ensure that the entire organization has the optimal structure to inspire leaders and engage talent.

Lei has worked with various institutions both in the banking and consulting industry. Most recently, she was affiliated with A. Magsaysay, Inc., working closely with the CEO and Presidents of affiliate companies on different projects focused on achieving organization development, talent management, culture change and process effectiveness, through a dotted-line relationship with the HR leaders of the subsidiaries.

In DDI, she has designed and delivered solutions for client organizations in Manila, Korea, Singapore, USA, UAE, and France, in areas such as leadership strategy, selection and assessment, development, as well as succession management.
