Dr. Danielle Vidal is a results-oriented executive and leadership coach with more than 18 years of experience partnering with C-suite leaders, senior executives, mid-level managers and front-line leaders primarily from Fortune 500 companies across a broad range of industries. She is passionate about supporting leaders with their professional and business growth by helping them to gain clarity on their strengths and development needs and integrating those insights into the realities of their organization’s current landscape, their role, and their desired future potential.
Danielle began her executive coaching career at DDI in 2000 and since that time has worked consistently in the areas of executive coaching and executive assessment. She led the DDI West Coast Assessment Center and delivery team and has designed assessment platforms for clients in a variety of industries. She has conducted over 1,500 integrated coaching and feedback sessions with assessment data for leaders and their managers. Since 2008, Danielle has complimented her work at DDI with both corporate and non-profit coaching and leadership development engagements working in areas of leadership development planning, selection, team development, and board consultation.
Known for her positive, thoughtful, honest, and goal-directed style, Danielle seeks to create a productive and collaborative partnership with the leaders she works with. She employs a pragmatic, business-centric and insight-oriented approach in combination with realistic feedback and guidance using humor and warmth. With each relationship, Danielle maximizes productivity, enhances bottom-line impact, and empowers leaders to find balance and professional satisfaction.
Key Capabilities and Experience
Danielle has extensive experience administering, assessing, integrating, and giving feedback for executive development and executive selection assessments of national and international Fortune 500 corporations and providing executive coaching to all levels of leadership. More specifically, she has provided over 1,200 integrated feedback sessions with assessment data, 360º results, and personality inventories for leaders and senior-level executives, including C-suite, in organizations such as Walmart, Humana, McKesson, Sanofi-Aventis, Microsoft, Cisco Systems, Raytheon, VF Corporation, REI, Kaiser Permanente, Stanford, and Pixar.
