As General Manager, Sophia leads the DDI Australia business strategy, while serving as a trusted client advisor.

Since starting with DDI in 2005, Sophia has held a range of consulting, client management and leadership roles. She has led the design and implementation of some of DDI Australia’s largest and most innovative talent management and leadership development solutions across a range of industries, for both local and global clients. 

Sophia’s perceptive, collaborative and pragmatic style positions her as an excellent partner. She is driven by creating meaningful and impactful experiences for leaders that equip them with the skills to navigate complexity, inspire others and ultimately improve their lives both at work and at home.
