Meet our Leadership Team

Hello, my name is Sebastian Enriquez Werge. I am Leadership & Talent Management Advisor at DDI LATAM. I am in charge of generating leadership, selection, succession and development solutions aligned with the commercial strategy. I have worked at DDI since 2017 and during this time I have had the privilege of working for companies from different countries and different industries in the design and implementation of their leadership strategy, to select, develop and promote the best talent within their organization. 

In addition to working at DDI, I was also fortunate to work within the Guanajuato Automotive Cluster, as General Coordinator, Social / Human Capital, Human Resources, and Committees developing initiatives and projects with economic, social, labor and productive impact (culture, talent, inclusion, diversity), relationships with companies in the automotive sector such as GM, HONDA, MAZDA, VOLKSWAGEN, HIROTEC, GKN, AAM, CIE AUTOMOTIVE, BOS, VCST, CONTOUR HARDENING, WÜRTH ELEKTRONIK, among others, as well as government agencies, educational competence such as UGTO, ITESM, IPNUPIIG, IECA, CECYTE, CONALEP among others. Scientific-technological such as CONACYT, CENAM, CIATEC, CIATEQ, among others; economic, social, cultural and labor (STPS / SsTPS, SDES, SEFL, IECA). 

I am fortunate to work with people who understand that investing in ongoing leadership development has a broad impact on business strategy in the short, medium, and long term. 

I enjoy hiking in my spare time and go swimming and cycling with my son and wife.
