Dave partners with multinational clients to build leadership capability and oversee the implementation of DDI solutions to create leadership excellence at all levels. Having been with DDI for over 15 years, Dave has extensive knowledge of DDI’s solutions, how they work and the value they can offer, bringing this to life for clients in a simple but effective way.

His track record includes establishing and transforming processes, delivering complex translations initiatives, driving the implementation of multinational client projects and alignment of DDI's global capabilities. DDI’s European Project Management team is based across multiple locations in Europe and the US and speaks over 8 languages.
