Meet our Leadership Team

Paul is responsible for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of DDI’s European business. Having worked in DDI since 2014 he leads the finance, accounting, IT, and HR functions. Over the course of his career, Paul has led finance departments in FMCG, business services and manufacturing industries.

Leveraging his extensive experience in strategic implementation, budgeting, cost management, process design and productivity improvement, Paul has played a significant role in the development of DDI’s European finance team. Paul’s leadership enabled his team to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and integration of DDI business with multiple regulatory, currency and taxation requirements. His capabilities and experience also include investment decisions and finance, team building and performance improvement and corporate governance and risk management.
