Since 2014, Amanda Lu has been the general manager of DDI Shanghai Branch. She has over 20 years' experience in human resources management, talent selection and development, in possession of the service experience in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, information services, banking, and insurance.

Before joining DDI, Amanda worked for a financial holding company as the Chief Human Resource Officer for seven years, responsible for the establishment and control of the group's talent management strategy, human resources platform, reward management, performance management, recruitment, strategic talent development, etc. Her outstanding performance has won the ASTD Excellent in Practice Award and a number of honors in the HR field.
