In 2015, Vincent Sun joined DDI to oversee Information Technology and Digital Strategy in Asia, and established DDI LEAF in 2017 to accelerate the development of digital products for corporate leadership and the exploration of new business models.

During the 15-year working experience, Vincent has completed a lot of projects in different industries and witnessed the digitalization process in different functions of the traditional enterprise.

As the founder of the product, Vincent led his team to launch “Transtalent”, a mobile learning products, which is committed to providing enterprise customers with the digital solutions of the middle-level managers’  ability development, accessing to the highly recognized in the market.

Vincent continuously researched and shared the digital trends and best practices in corporate learning to satisfy the corporation’s demands for composite management talents under digital transformation.
