Huiyuan Li now is serving as general manager of Talent Diagnoses, Greater China in Development Dimensions International (DDI). She has severed DDI for 13 years and took the role as general manager of Talent Diagnoses for Great China in 2018.

Huiyuan has more than 15 years of experience in the area of talent management, assessment and development, consulted extensively with industries including covering Automobile, FMCG, Manufacturing, Aviation, Finance, Nuclear Power and Real Estate, etc.

Huiyuan has rich experience in designing, implementing and managing talent management strategy and implementation. In the past years, she successfully led various projects covering succession planning, senior management team audit and development, change management, global leadership development, executive coaching, etc.
